{"id":15116,"date":"2016-05-13T12:24:40","date_gmt":"2016-05-13T10:24:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pastin.it\/en\/pasta-pastin-e-broccoli\/"},"modified":"2016-05-30T12:48:55","modified_gmt":"2016-05-30T10:48:55","slug":"pastin-pasta-and-broccoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastin.it\/en\/pastin-pasta-and-broccoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastin pasta and broccoli"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pastin pasta and broccoli<\/h2>\n<p>Pastin and broccoli are two ingredients that bind to each other very well, combined with pasta they then transform it into a first tasty course simple to create.<\/p>\n<p>For this recipe we recommend a short pasta format capable of wrapping the dressing, such as rigatoni or paccheri but also classic penne are fine.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What you need<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Penne type pasta 400 g<\/li>\n<li>Fresh broccoli 300g<\/li>\n<li>Belluno Pastin 300 gr<\/li>\n<li>White wine 40 ml<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs thyme<\/li>\n<li>1 sprig rosemary<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper (to taste)<\/li>\n<li>Salt, to taste<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What do I do now?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with the broccoli.<br \/>\nPut a pot of salted water on the hot plate, while this comes to the boil work on the broccoli.<br \/>\nDisconnect the tips of the broccoli and when the water boils throw them in the pot and cover with the lid. Cook the tips for about 6-7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While boiling the tips chop up the thyme and rosemary finely and leave them aside for now.<br \/>\nTake the Pastin and cut it into large chunks about the size of half a spoon.<\/p>\n<p>Now let&#8217;s prepare the seasoning for the pasta.<br \/>\nPour the olive oil into a fairly large pan, fry the garlic then add the pieces of Pastin. Add the chopped thyme and rosemary and then blend it all with the white wine.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the broccoli from the pan with a skimming spoon, without throwing the water. As you remove it from the water add it to the Pastin, leaving them to cook together for a few minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the garlic with the aid of kitchen tongs.<\/p>\n<p>Now throw the pasta into the water where you cooked the broccoli, when it has come to the boil.<br \/>\nWhen the penne are cooked, drain and pour them directly into the pan with the Pastin and broccoli, then toss them.<\/p>\n<p>Serve immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Add a nice glass of chilled white wine and enjoy your meal.<\/p>\n<p>DIFFICULTY: easy<\/p>\n<p>TIME: 20 minuts<\/p>\n<p>AMOUNT: for 4 person<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pastin pasta and broccoli Pastin and broccoli are two ingredients that bind to each other very well, combined with pasta they then transform it into a first tasty course simple to create.
