{"id":15119,"date":"2016-05-13T12:44:36","date_gmt":"2016-05-13T10:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pastin.it\/en\/risotto-con-pastin\/"},"modified":"2016-05-30T12:54:11","modified_gmt":"2016-05-30T10:54:11","slug":"risotto-with-pastin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastin.it\/en\/risotto-with-pastin\/","title":{"rendered":"Risotto with Pastin"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Risotto with Pastin<\/h2>\n<p>A rich dish, in which Pastin and saffron are melted to create colour, flavour and taste.<br \/>\nEasy to create and even pleases the little ones.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">What you need<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carnaroli type rice 350 gr<\/li>\n<li>Belluno Pastin 300 gr<\/li>\n<li>Meat broth<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon saffron<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd glass white wine<\/li>\n<li>Shallots<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<li>Grated Grana cheese 50 gr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>What do I do now?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Firstly prepare the meat <strong>broth<\/strong> and leave to one side.<\/p>\n<p>Take the <strong>Pastin<\/strong> and create small chunks, which you will soon use.<\/p>\n<p>Take a low and fairly large pot, pour the oil and let it heat over a low heat, chop the <strong>shallot<\/strong> and let it dry in the oil.<br \/>\nWhen the shallot begins to darken, add the <strong>Pastin<\/strong> and then the <strong>rice<\/strong>.<br \/>\nToast the rice well and then blend in the <strong>white wine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the wine has evaporated completely, add a ladle of <strong>broth<\/strong> and continue on a medium \/ low heat slowly adding the rest of the broth and adjusting with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>While the rice is cooking, melt the saffron in a bowl with a spoonful of broth and add all the rice.<\/p>\n<p>When the rice is cooked stir adding the <strong>butter<\/strong> and Grana cheese.<\/p>\n<p>Let it stand for a few minutes and serve hot.<\/p>\n<p>A tip: the broth must always be warm, so that when you add it to the rice the cooking continues consistently.<\/p>\n<p>A good glass of red wine goes extremely well this first course.<\/p>\n<p>DIFFICULTY: easy<\/p>\n<p>TIME: 30 minuts<\/p>\n<p>AMOUNT: for 4 person<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Risotto with Pastin A rich dish, in which Pastin and saffron are melted to create colour, flavour and taste.
